This is the Official Entry Form to participate in the Liberty, Indiana 4th of July Festival Parade, held on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 1:00pm. The parade will take place on Union Street in Liberty, beginning at the middle school and ending in front of the courthouse.

Line up will be Saturday, July 4th starting at 12:30pm at the Union County Middle School Parking Lot. Please enter the UCMS parking lot from State Road 44. Upon arriving, collect your party members (if needed), then lineup in the next available slot. Entry numbers will be distributed during the lineup.
