New home, new assignment!

Union County Connect spoke with Sheriff Adams about K9 Ice, whose situation has been causing quite a stir. Adams tells us Ice has been purchased by another organization and will be relocated to his new home this week, where he will be trained for his new assignment. Adams says there are details of this transfer that he has not been at liberty to discuss yet, but that he and the Major hope to release an official statement by early next week with more information.

We also discussed the upcoming Small Town Takeover’s 1st annual bike show coming to Liberty this July, which will be raising money for the Union County Sheriff’s office, specifically for a new K9.
